Keep everyone in the loop
Bug reports and feature requests can now include the other people who care about them, and two everyday annoyances with Revit previews and file uploads are fixed.
1Add people to a bug report or feature request New
When you send a bug report or feature request, add up to five teammates under Also notify. They get an email saying they were added, then every reply from our team, so nobody has to forward updates by hand. You can add anyone who already uses Brand Builder.
2Revit previews no longer stall with an expired session Fixed
A Revit or other 3D preview could fail with "Access token provided is expired" after a laptop slept or a page sat open for a while, and Refresh didn't help. Previews now renew their access automatically and retry once, so they load without reloading the page.
3Dropping files where uploads are off now says why Fixed
On a project's client view, dragging files onto the list used to do nothing. It now explains that uploads aren't available there and who can add files.
